Unfortunately, I was not able to go (I don't know what Jamaica has against cute little Yorkies). Anyway, I stayed at the Pet Lodge Pet Resort. I was a little scared at first because I had never been away from Mommy and Daddy overnight much less for 10 days! While I was there, I got my own suite, lots of play times, and ice cream every night. It was a great place, but I hope I don't spend too much time there in the future. The picture below is of me in my room inside my car bed when I saw Mommy and Daddy walk in to pick me up...I was SO excited to see them.
It's hard to believe it's been a whole year, but it has definitely been an interesting one...cousin Sam was born, Daddy had back surgery, Daddy was in a car accident, Sassy was diagnosed with cancer, and the addition of my baby sister, Bella. It's been a hectic year, and we are very thankful for our family and friends.
For their anniversary, Mommy and Daddy are going to a nice restaurant on Saturday. Hmm...I guess that means Bella and I will be locked in the bathroom all night. Crap!

My goodness, it has been a busy year! What a lovely wedding day picture! Happy Anniversary to your Dad & Mom! The wedding was beautiful & we were all thrilled to share in their wedding; however, Maddux, you were missed terribly! Your Mom called everyday to see how you were doing. The nice people who looked after you take especially good care of you but there is no place like home & your Mom & Dad were as happy to see you as were to see them!
We are thankful your Dad has recovered from surgery & was not injured in the car accident! We will add our people prayers to the puppy prayers for Sassy & all the family!
Cousin Sam is crawling, & making lots of fun new sounds which will someday become words. He is really growing! He'll soon be chasing you so get ready to run.
Bella, you are growing, too! You are as beautiful as Maddux is handsome!
I am so excited you are coming to visit for Thanksgiving!
