Peace On Earth

For the first time since July, I am an only dog...at least for 24 hours. As you know, this new found freedom is the result of Bella staying overnight at the animal hospital. I hate that she had surgery, but...I had the entire bathroom to myself today, and I had Mommy and Daddy's undivided attention this evening, and I'll have the whole bed to myself tonight!!

Needless to say, it's been a very enjoyable, relaxing, and peaceful day. Although I must admit, I did kind of miss the little rugrat today.

For those that haven't gotten the update, Mommy called the vet this afternoon, and they said she did great during surgery. When the nurse checked on her, she said Bella was alert and probably wondering what the heck had just happened to her.

Since Bella won't feel like it, I'll be posting an update on her progress tomorrow. I'm off to enjoy the solitude...
