We have a new member of the family! Our Great Auntie Wilma and Great Uncle Glenn adopted a baby girl from a shelter in Knoxville. Ally is an adorable 2 month old Hound Mix. They brought her home on Monday, and she is slowly adjusting to her new surroundings. She had a little nip/tuck over the weekend so she is still recovering, but I’m sure she will be running and playing in her new home in no time.
Ally, Maddux and I want to welcome you to the family and let you know that you are very lucky to be adopted into such a loving home. Not all dogs are fortunate enough to be adopted by a family that will take care of them and love them unconditionally, but I know for sure that you won the adoption lottery. It was almost a year ago that Mommy, Daddy, and Maddux brought me home, and it was the best day of my life.
If you need any advice or you just need to talk, don't hesitate to give me a call or send me an email. We are family now so I'm here for you if you need me. If, by chance, I'm unavailable, you could also talk to Maddux, but since he's a stupid boy (no offense Maddux), you may want to wait for me...us girls have got to stick together.
