On Thursday, they gave her a going away party at Harp's Irish Pub with a bunch of past and present Kimberly-Clark friends.

Mommy and Ms. Stephanie had Publix make a half-American Flag/half-British Flag cupcake cake. There was some concern as to how the cake would turn out, but it looked great.
Mind the Gap, Corinne!

Since they didn't want her to have to pack a gift, she got a money tree handmade by Mommy, who had a small amount of help from Daddy. (I think I'll ask for one of these for my birthday next week.)

In the party room at Harp's, there was a toy dog that Mommy loved...Ms. Corinne named him Nigel.

This was the "On-Time" crowd because they were there promptly at 6PM (notice that Daddy is NOT in the picture).

Ms. Stephanie said it was her mission to make Ms. Corinne cry. From the picture below of her reading the heartfelt sentiments from her friends, you would think she was shedding a tear, but since she has a heart of stone, she was just rubbing her eye (just kidding Ms. Corinne!) Ms. Stephanie's mission: UNACCOMPLISHED.

Ms. Kim wrote an "Ode to Corinne". (Ms. Corinne ALMOST cried while Ms. Kim read her poem.)

From what Bella and I heard (we weren't on the Evite), everyone had a great time at the party. Ms. Corinne's last day in the US office was today, and she'll be flying out on Tuesday.
Ms. Stephanie will have one more opportunity to complete her mission on Monday when Mommy and Ms. Stephanie have their "Last Supper". My guess...it will be MISSION: ACCOMPLISHED.

Ms. Corinne, Bella and I won't see you again before you leave, but we wanted you know that we will really miss you. We hope you have a safe trip, and we'll see you on Skype soon. If you happen to be in the Yorkshire, England neighborhood and run into any of our relatives, tell them Bella and I said, "Hello!"
Cheers!

Dear Maddux and Bella - I will miss you two a lot. Not as much as I will miss your Mommy and Miss Stephanie, but...I will certainly miss you.
Keep posting, though, so I can keep up with you guys, and I'll see you on Skype very soon I'm sure :)
PS: Thank your Mommy and Miss Stephanie for the AWESOME good-bye party. I really couldn't wish for better friends :)
