Swing On Your Belly!

We went to Knoxville last weekend (yep, we are a little behind on the blog) and had a great time with the family.

Mommy and Daddy took Sam to the park next to Nana's house. Sam kept saying he wanted to "go swing on my belly!"

Sam loved the Spiderman cup, bowl, and plate we brought him.

He loved the Star Wars blanket we brought him, too. Sam's not much for posing for pictures...this was the best we could do.

Uncle Bryon took this great picture of Auntie Tina watching the UT football game...unfortunately the Vols lost to the Gators.

While we were in Knoxville we got our weekly bath, and Mamaw got to dry me.

On Sunday, we all (yes, me and Maddux too) went over to Sam's house to have lunch before we headed back to Georgia in the rain.

Sam wants to be Darth Vader for Halloween (told you he was into Star Wars). He's doing his Darth Vader imitation at the beginning of the video, but then he got sidetracked by Mommy's green bracelets.

Maddux had a great birthday and thanks everyone for all the birthday wishes.

Unfortunately, for me and my big bro, Maddux, we both have sad events that took place on our birthdays. For Maddux, his birthday is the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

We all took some time today to remember those who lost their lives 8 years ago, and we hope the families and friends of those victims have found some peace since that horrific day.

We also want to give a big shout out (or in our case a bark out) to all the service men and women that keep our country safe!
