Pumpkins and Farm Animals

Auntie Jamie and Ash are visiting this weekend, and we all went to Big Springs Farms to pick out our pumpkins.

Before Maddux could continue his pumpkin search, he had to take care of some personal business. Of course, he picked a spot right in front of everyone to unload, and Mommy had to run to the car to get some napkins in order to dispose of this personal business.

After the poop incident, Maddux was ready to help Daddy pick out a pumpkin.

Mommy and Daddy found these wagons to stick us in. Why do they do these things??

We made fast friends with the ladies working at the pumpkin patch.

However, we didn't make friends with the farm animals. Maddux and I both barked at them, and Mommy had to get onto us.

I was very suspicious of this donkey. You wouldn't believe the dust that came off this guy. He needs a bath!

Maddux didn't care for the billy goat.

Neither of us cared for this earless goat...we think it was a goat. He was scary looking!

One of the workers was walking this bunny on a leash. Ok, the bunny was pretty cute.

After we got back, we went to the backyard to decorate, and Auntie Jamie and Ash decided to relax.

While we were waiting on Daddy to complete the pumpkin decoration, Maddux decided to get up in Ash's lap.

I thought it looked like a pretty comfortable lap so I decided to ge up there, too.

Daddy finished the Pirate.

Notice anything missing...yep, the nose!

Both pumpkins have their arms above their ears...Daddy said he did it on purpose, but we aren't so sure.

Maddux and I loved sitting in Ash's lap. Mommy said he must be ok if both of us jumped up in his lap (don't worry Ash...we won't tell that you had treats in your pocket).

In order to get our pictures with our pumpkins, Mommy tried to trick us with putting "treats" in the tops of the pumpkins. The reason I say "treats" is because it was tofu! Maddux loves tofu...I do NOT!
