Gobble Gobble

It's hard to believe that it's already Thanksgiving! Of course we went to Knoxville to visit the family. I'll have you know that I did much better in my carseat this trip...until we hit the traffic jam. Maddux and I were both resting comfortably in the back seat and then we stopped because of an accident. All lanes were blocked, and we barely moved for almost an hour. We don't mind sitting in the back as long as the car is in motion, but we do NOT like stopping. We were so upset Mommy had to climb in the backseat with us.

On Thanksgiving morning, I hung out with Papaw checking out the sale papers.

If Santa Paws follows this blog, I'd like to tell him that I found a few things to add to my list. I'll type up a letter and send it to him soon. By the way, I've been VERY good this year unlike a white dog(far right in picture below), who shall remain nameless...Linus.

Mommy brought several of our Christmas outfits to torture Linus. Here he is as a Christmas jester.

Now, he's a reindeer.

We also got to meet Ash's mom, Jeanne, this Thanksgiving. She thought Maddux and I were adorable. We love her already! Maddux and I were getting our pictures taken with her, and of course, Linus got jealous and had to get in the picture, too.

Just when we thought all the pictures were done. Mommy broke out the turkey prop.

After the festivities at Mimi and Papaws, Mommy and Daddy went to Nana's house to eat some more.

Then, this one was all on his own...not bad for his first solo picture. Technically, he got everyone in the photo.

Sam wanted Elizabeth to sit on "Santa's" lap and tell him what she wanted for Christmas.

It took until November, but finally, we have a picture of Auntie Tina, Uncle Bryon and all three munchkins!

All that turkey and picture taking makes you tired.

What?! Did someone say my name?

As you can see, we had a great Thanksgiving weekend even though we had a bunch of turkeys who were sick before, during, and after Thanksgiving. We hope everyone had a safe and Happy Thanksgiving.

LOL! I love love that last picture of Bella. So sleepy!
And I hate to admit it, but Linus sure looks cute in a Santa outfit!
