They were going to walk to the top of the mountain before they walked around the craft show, but they changed their mind and decided they would ride the tram to the top instead (so they thought).

Mommy ended up buying a beautiful felt necklace from her friend Amy Gresens (shown in photo above), at Element47, and a couple of Christmas ornaments. She also saw a sign she thought about getting for Daddy: If Daddy isn't happy, nobody cares.
Unfortunately, the plans after the craft show didn't go as planned. First, they needed to drive closer to the area where the SkyRide is located, and they took a wrong turn and ended up leaving the park by mistake. Mommy really wanted to go to the top of the mountain and get some pictures with Flat Maddux & Bella; as a result, they ended up in traffic TWICE to get in the park. A sign they saw a couple of times:

On their second attempt into the park, the ticket guy gave Mommy and Daddy the bad news...the SkyRide was closed for maintenance! Daddy wasn't too upset because he couldn't take any pictures with his camera anyway...he brought his camera, but it didn't do him much good since he left the SD card at home. This is why the quality of the pictures aren't that great...they were all taken with Mommy's phone.
Flat Maddux & Bella finally made it into the park:

Stupid maintenance caused Flat Maddux & Bella to miss a ride to the top of the mountain.

Flat Maddux & Bella in front of the stone carving. Oh, Mommy and Daddy were there, too.

Ironically, Mommy and Daddy did not see any yellow daisies while walking around the park. Weird!
