Bella and I got groomed this weekend, and Mommy took some pictures in the back yard after we got home. Bella drives me nuts most of the time, but she really is cute.

Daddy Has Landed

Daddy actually got home yesterday, but Maddux and I were so excited to have him home we didn't want to let him out of our site long enough to update the blog.

As you can see from the picture, Daddy was really tired from his long journey home. Maddux stood guard to make sure Daddy wasn't disturbed.

Leaving On An Airplane

Daddy will be getting on an airplane tomorrow to start his journey home. He leaves Japan tomorrow and flies to Seoul, Korea, where he has a 15 hour layover. He leaves Seoul on Friday at 10:05 am and arrives in Atlanta Friday at 9:45 am. Hey wait...Daddy is getting home before he leaves! We knew Daddy was good, but we didn't know he had super powers.

Yum...Cake!

As Maddux posted last week, our cousin Sam had his 1st birthday on January 31st, but he didn't have his party until Saturday. Nana sent us some pictures so we could update the blog.

It certainly looks like Sam enjoyed his cake. I sure hope he saved me a piece for when I come to visit. I've never had cake, but it sure looks good.

Mommy has been working with Bella all week on her first command. You guessed it - sit. I'm trying to help Bella out by showing her how it's done, and with the benefit of my expertise and demonstration, she is coming along nicely.
