On Father's Day, Daddy's should be allowed to do whatever they want...even nap, but in our Daddy's case, he does this every Sunday...and Saturday. We don't mind because we love to take naps with Daddy!
As you know from our earlier post, we were in Knoxville this weekend visiting the family, and yesterday, Mommy and Daddy went with Nana to see Auntie Tina, Uncle Bryon, Sam, Olivia, and Elizabeth.
Sam has been playing doctor lately so he got a doctor's kit. He had to check everyone out to make sure they were healthy...many shots were given by Dr. Sam and everyone had their "air" pressure checked at least once.
The girls and Sam have changed a lot since the last visit. Elizabeth is cutting two top teeth and she is standing on her own...it won't be long until she's walking! Olivia is crawling around everywhere and can pull up on everything. She has so much hair Auntie Tina can put a bow in it.
Sam has been in a little trouble recently for biting so everyone is on high alert when he opens his mouth and puts it on someone. While playing in the playroom, Sam put his open mouth on Auntie Tina's leg...everyone yelled "Sam!" in unison so he wouldn't bite and get in trouble. He stood up and said "I was just tasting Mommy's jeans." As Art Linkletter would say, "Kids say the darndest things!"
The next time we head to Knoxville it will be to celebrate Olivia and Elizabeth's 1st Birthday!
